Hydroquinone: It is used for sun spots and discoloration as it is a depigmenting agent. We can find it in sunscreen as sunlight reverses its bleaching effects.
Collagen and Elastin: they are the naturally occurring proteins in the skin. In cosmetisc the molecules of Collagen and Elastin proteins are too large to penetrate in the skin so to get the maximum benefits it is added as an ingredient in the moisturizer which when applied on the skin absorbs the water and makes the skin feel smoother.
